Grandad suddenly became a paper plane expert and gave a full lecture in the garden.
The controller took some getting used to, but that was part of the challenge.
My son made five different plane shapes and rated them all like a science experiment.
Do not try this in the living room unless you like panic. Outside only for us now.
Bought for my niece and she was more interested than I expected.
Nice to have something that gets them outside without just kicking a ball around.
First attempt nosedived straight down. Everyone laughed and tried again.
We’ve started taking it in the park bag because it gives the older kids something to do.
Once we got the launch right, the little stabiliser seemed to make it fly smoother.
If your kid wants instant success, maybe not. If they like tinkering, it’s great.
This turned into a Dad project within five minutes. No complaints though.
We had much better luck on the playing field than in our tiny garden.
This is very much fold, crash, adjust, try again, which my son actually enjoyed.
My daughter wasn’t bothered at first, then she saw it fly and completely took over.
It’s a small plane, but the excitement when it actually flew was massive.
My two boys kept changing the folds and arguing about which one was more aerodynamic.
My 11 year old loved it, but I wouldn’t buy it for a much younger child.
The little motor module made a normal paper plane feel like a proper gadget.
I had one go and sent it straight into the grass. Kids loved that more than the flying.
We tried it on a windy day first and the plane had other ideas 😂
My brother came round and ended up testing plane shapes with the kids for an hour.
It took a few tries, but that made the good flight feel way more exciting.
My son learnt very quickly that a lazy fold means a terrible flight.
Definitely needs an open space, but once we got to the park it was brilliant.
My daughter somehow got the best flight of the afternoon and Dad has not recovered.
First launch was awful, second one actually flew across the park and my son was buzzing.
Flying kit win — a bit of practice, a few crashes, and one very excited kid.
Would buy again for a kid who likes planes, building things and testing how stuff works.
We tried one launch inside and instantly realised outside was the only sensible option.
It feels like turning a folded paper plane into a tiny aircraft. Very cool.
My son started changing the wings slightly to see if it flew differently, which was great to watch.
This gave us a proper weekend activity instead of another toy opened and ignored.
It crashed a lot at first, but no one cared because they kept laughing and trying again.
Better for older kids than little ones, which matched what I expected.
