Shipping Regions
Cubford currently delivers exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment warehouses and delivered directly to customers throughout the UK.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within the United Kingdom costs £2.95 per order.
Shipping is free for orders with a total value of £79.95 or more.
The qualifying order value is calculated after any discounts have been applied.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:
- high order volumes;
- carrier delays;
- severe weather;
- public holidays;
- customs or logistical delays; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
International Fulfilment
Your order may be shipped directly from one of our international fulfilment warehouses.
This fulfilment model allows Cubford to offer a wider selection of products at competitive prices.
Products from the same order may occasionally be delivered in separate parcels.
Tracking and Delivery
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take a short time to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may:
- leave the parcel in a safe place;
- deliver it to a neighbour;
- attempt delivery again; or
- provide instructions for collection or redelivery.
The available options depend on the carrier and the delivery service used.
Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
Cubford is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
Reasonable additional costs may apply where a parcel is returned or must be resent because the delivery information provided was incorrect or incomplete.
Delayed or Missing Orders
Please check your tracking information first if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.
You should also check:
- whether the carrier has left a delivery notice;
- whether the parcel has been left in a safe place;
- whether a neighbour has accepted the parcel; and
- whether the delivery address on your order is correct.
